I have been an education recruiter for the past 10 years providing a first class service to primary schools and private childcare sectors across North Wales. I strive to provide a service that exceeds both the schools and educational staffs expectations.
I have 17 years recruitment experience, 10.5 years have been in education recruitment working with Secondary schools in North Wales and Chester/North Shropshire. My history is based within Secondary candidates and I recruit for teachers of all specialisms; cover supervisors, teaching assistants and school support roles. Priding myself on delivering an honest, consultative and speedy service to the schools that I work with and for candidates that I look after I am professional, approachable, friendly and can get very excitable at times! I am very happy to join a well-known and established team at Excell in their Mold office. My aim is to continue working with the Secondary schools and helping them with any short or long term recruitment needs that they have. I have an excellent reputation in the education sector in North Wales and have extensive knowledge and understanding of my sector over the last 10.5 years. I am passionate about working with Secondary schools and I am excited to continue on my education recruitment career with Excell.
