35We are delighted to announce the winners of our temp of the term award. We take great pride in rewarding our hard working, role model candidates and we have chosen someone from three categories- Primary, Secondary & Teaching Assistant.

Each winner received £50 of high street vouchers and a visit from their account manager to congratulate them. Thank you all for your dedication and keep up the hard work!

Primary-Annie Lloyd

Annie came to Excell in November 2013 to fill her 3 free days up as she works in a Flintshire primary school the rest of the time. Lyndsay announced Annie as the winner of the primary category in this morning’s assembly at Ysgol Tanyfron and commented, “Annie had never been on supply or worked for an agency before but she took to it like a duck to water! Annie has been flexible and very reliable, willing to help us out in roles other than teaching to help us out. Annie receives great feedback and is a very worthy winner.”

Teaching Assistants-Sarah Harcombe

Account manager Adam Thomas nominated Sarah who has been with Excell since last year and said, “Sarah has been a great candidate for Excell and did a fantastic job throughout the autumn term.  She has worked in two different schools as a 1-1 support and feedback from both has been extremely positive.   When her first long-term role came to an end, Sarah responded brilliantly and settled into another school almost instantly.  In addition to this, Sarah has not had a single day off and has proved to be an extremely reliable candidate.  Thanks Sarah!”

Secondary-Louise Swanton

Louise joined Excell during the Summer holidays last year and has been consistently snapped up by schools since September. She is currently working on a long term basis through Excell teaching Art at Denbigh High School. Secondary account manager Lee explains why he chose Louise as his winner, “Louise relocated to the area for her current placement and really does go above and beyond making her an exemplary supply teacher”.
