jennyIt is our pleasure to reveal the winners of our Temp of the Term prizes for January-March.  With each account manager now having the difficult decision of choosing a winner, we were very busy last week as a total of 6 winners were selected in our North Wales branch (see the secondary winners here).

Congratulations to Tara who has won Teacher of the term for Wrexham. Account Manager Jenny visited Tara on day to day supply at Penygelli to say well done and hand over her vouchers.  Jenny Said:

“Tara is a NQT who is proving to be a brilliant teacher. She gets great feedback, is always willing to help out, and is fast becoming a favourite in a lot of schools. She is always happy and friendly and great to work with. Well done Tara, well deserved!”

louNext up was Louise with her pick, with teacher Hannah her choice for Denbighshire.  Hannah currently in a year long position as a KS2 teacher and Louise visited her in Ysgol Llywelyn in Rhyl where Hannah has been since September. Louise said

“She is reliable, hardworking and professional. Hannah receives excellent feedback from the school and is well thought of by her colleagues. Hannah is a fantastic teacher and is a favourite with many schools that we work with. Hannah goes above and beyond to ensure that she delivers the very best lessons to her class and her reliability and passion for the job make her a well deserving candidate for the Denbighshire teacher of the term award.”

SamW Spring 18Conwy account manager Sam Williams also picked out a teacher on a long term role, with Melanie his winner.  Currently in an ongoing role in Ysgol Capelulo, she has recently been confirmed to be finishing the year off in a class which has become her very own.  Sam said:

“Melanie is a hardworking class teacher who goes above and beyond her role on a daily basis to ensure the best possible delivery of her lessons. She is passionate about improving the development of her pupils. Every school she attends, she has raving reviews and is regularly asked back to schools. Melanie is the model supply teacher who sets extremely high standards of professionalism, a standard all supply staff should aim for.”

SamLast not but least, Sam Gocher visited Ysgol Ty Fynnon to surprise his winner, a 2017 graduate and wonderful supply teacher, Liam.  Sam said:

“Liam joined Excell supply in September 2017 as an NQT. Liam has worked at numerous schools in the Flintshire area and always receives good feedback. Whilst Liam has been working on day to day supply he went on to complete a long term position. Liam is happy to work across years in primary and makes a very good effort to get to schools at the last minute! Congratulations on your temp of the term award and thanks for all your hard work.”

Huge congratulations to all of our winners, we really struggled with some choices as some account managers have been extremely lucky with new staff this year.  Our final prize will be revealed next week as Wirral Account Manager Kevin selects his winner.
