Primary Teacher Daniel Fowler – Adam’s Winner!
It is always a difficult task trying to select just one of the Excell Supply team for the “Primary Teacher of the Term” award, but for the spring term Daniel was an obvious choice. His professionalism is second to none and he has always gone the extra mile, making him a first choice for a few schools in the Colwyn Bay area.
Daniel has been flexible and adaptable, willing to help out schools needing teaching assistants, 1-1 support staff and teachers across both primary key stages – seeing every day of work as an opportunity to develop his teaching further. His enthusiasm also stretches to CPD, and Daniel is the first to sign up to any training courses during the half-terms and holidays.
Daniel has made a fantastic start to his teaching career and has been an ideal NQT. We are looking forward to securing him a long-term job for next year! Thank you Daniel.
