NQT Training
I am writing to inform you that training has been arranged for NQTs as part of their programme of induction.
The training will take place on Thursday 19th November all day.
The venue will be the Learning Centre, ITEC, Whitegate Industrial Estate, Wrexham LL13 8UG.
A buffet lunch will be provided.
Please arrive at the Learning Centre from 8:45 for tea/coffee prior to a prompt 9:00 start.
9:00 – 9:15 Welcome (John Williams)
9:15 -10:45 SEN (Karen Parry)
10:45 – 11:00 Break
11:00 – 12:30 Safeguarding (John Grant)
12:30 – 1:15 Lunch
1:15 – 2:45 E-safety and the use of ICT in schools (Simon Billington)
2:45 – 3:30 NQT induction: experiences to date. An opportunity to meet NQTs who completed their induction in 2015.
