We are pleased to announce the latest addition to our Mold branch!
Gavyn joins the Excell Team to look after our Flintshire primary schools alongside recent addition colleague Clark Sutherland. Our business has consistently grown over the last 7 years and we are proud to be the busiest agency in Flintshire for teachers and teaching assistants. Gavyn’s appointment marks the first time we will have two account managers looking after one county, reinforcing our commitment to the schools in the area. Gavyn will be focusing on some of the busiest schools in the area, bringing his years of award winning customer service to both Excell and our candidates. Gavyn said:
“I come from the multi-award winning Salon Group Tommy’s Hair Company. Following ten year’s growth within the Company I went from Front of House to Managing the Salon Group. I have a keen eye for customer experience and relations and directly contributed to helping the Salons win National Awards at the BHBA’s and Salon of the year a record 7 times. I recently qualified in CIPD L5 giving me strategic relationship and partnership building skills.
I have an unwavering commitment to customer service, which gives me the ability to build productive relationships through the use of tact, diplomacy and active listening.”
