Pupils at Ysgol Esgob Morgan have been busy creating unique Christmas decorations to exchange with schools in other European countries. The St Asaph junior school are part of the Christmas Tree Decoration Exchange 2014, an annual project with around 200 primary schools taking part from 41 different regions of 16 different European countries.
Excell are delighted to sponsor the project for the second year running and Lyndsay stopped by to see the festive creativity with a cheque for £250. Mr Hatwood who has coordinated the project said “We are grateful to Excell for sponsoring us because we have been able to make quality decorations with a Welsh motif to send to schools around Europe and afford the expensive postage costs”. He added, “The children have enjoyed learning about how other countries and cultures celebrate Christmas”.
