Pay rate: £60 to £70 per day

We are looking for Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistants across North Wales to join our team and help lead our students to success. We are also particularly interested in hearing from anyone with previous experience in a similar role, or someone with transferrable skills from another field. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to helping students reach their potential. As a Teaching Assistant your roles and responsibilities include:
- Promoting good behaviour/ managing challenging behaviour
- Aiding pupils in their learning as effectively as possible
- Providing feedback on learning and development to the teacher
- Creating and maintaining an orderly and supportive learning environment
- Setting up classrooms, preparing resources and displays and tidying and clearing away
