We are very pleased to be able to announce that we have another new addition to the Excell Supply Mold branch as Carol has joined the team from fellow education recruiter CER. Carol has previously worked for Excell Supply as a teacher but rejoins as an Account Manager for our primary team in North Wales. Following on from Emilee back in May, she is the second addition in as many months as we prepare to support even more schools as part of the NPS tender. Carol said:
“My name is Carol and I pride myself on being committed to education. This commitment has meant that I have held many roles which have given me great job satisfaction. From working as a Nursery Nurse when I left college, to being a Class Teacher, Early Years Team Leader and a member of a Senior Leadership Team, I now find myself working in recruitment. This role lets me use my passion for education, to help others find theirs. By helping schools find the right candidate for them and their students, brings me complete job satisfaction.
Having spent 17 years working in childcare and school settings, I am confident in my ability to see the attributes that make a candidate special; therefore I am excited to be working with a company like Excell, with their commitment to the industry. I am even more excited, and feel privileged to be working with school in and around the Wrexham area as being from the area, I hold a special place in my heart for our corner of the country!”
